    • The present invention relates to a method of controlling combination of an engine clutch of a hybrid vehicle capable of selecting a combination method for an engine clutch of a hybrid vehicle appropriately for the condition of the vehicle and the driving situation and a system thereof. To that end, an embodiment of the present invention, as a method of controlling combination of an engine clutch of a hybrid vehicle, includes: a step of detecting torque requested by a driver; a step of calculating the sink speed torque of a driving motor that the driving motor is able to output at a target speed for sink combination; a step of detecting the stage of charge (SOC) of a battery of a hybrid vehicle; a step of calculating charge torque of an integrated starter and generator (ISG) of the hybrid vehicle driven by power from an engine; a step of, if the speed of the driving motor is equal to or greater than the target speed for sink combination, performing sink combination; and a step of, if the speed of the driving motor is smaller than the target speed for sink combination, selectively performing sink combination or launch-slip combination based on the requested torque, the sink speed torque of the driving motor, and the discharge torque of the SOC and the ISG.

    • PURPOSE: A belt slip monitoring device of a belt torque auxiliary system and a method thereof are provided to stably drive a vehicle by sensing a slip of a belt in order to control a function of a motor-alternater and perform a belt exchange warning. CONSTITUTION: A belt slip monitoring device(20) of a belt torque auxiliary system comprises a motor-alternater slip control unit(21), an ECU(22), an inverter(16), a drive control unit(23), a rain sensor(24), and a dashboard(25). Whether a predetermined condition in which a slip is generated according to a driving mode of a vehicle is satisfied is determined. When the vehicle is driven in the condition which the slip is generated, the slip of a belt is sensed and is compared with the predetermined condition. When the generation of the slip is determined, a function of the motor-alternator is limited. When belt exchange time is determined to be come by recording the accumulation number of slip generation, a warning message is outputted.     • PURPOSE: Device and method for controlling ignition of hybrid vehicles are provided to prevent torque impact by minimizing the frictional resistance of an engine in starting a vehicle through the slip of a clutch by temporarily adjusting a shift step. CONSTITUTION: Method for controlling ignition of hybrid vehicles comprises next steps. Information of a hybrid vehicle is analyzed and it is determined whether there is a start condition using the slip of a clutch(S103). If so, it is determined whether a shift step is over a specific shift step(S104). If not, up-shift transmission is made to become over the specific shift step(S106). Fluid pressure is supplied to the clutch to slip the clutch(S108), and if the engine has a cranking speed, then the vehicle starts by fuel spraying and ignition control(S112). Under a start condition using the slip of the clutch, an ISG device is out of order, the vehicle has over a specific speed, a shift lever has a parking position, and the clutch and a transmission system are normal.
