    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling a temperature of an internal combustion engine, capable of restraining cold start of the internal combustion engine, in a hybrid vehicle with the internal combustion engine to be started and stopped irregularly.SOLUTION: A system includes a cooling water circulation circuit 20 for circulation of cooling water of an engine 10, a main pump 21 provided in the cooling water circulation circuit 20 for circulation of cooling water, a heater core 54a for temperature rise of the cooling water of the engine 10 utilizing as the heating source a heat pump cycle 60 provided in an air conditioner 5 for adjusting a temperature of air to be blown into a vehicle interior, and a control device 100 for controlling operation of the engine 10 and the air conditioner 5. The control device 100 actuates the engine 10 at the time when a remaining capacity, SOC (state of charge), of a battery BT gets lower than the running lower limit capacity. Furthermore, at the time when the remaining capacity SOC is lowered but not yet having the remaining capacity SOC gets lower than the running lower limit capacity, it carries out a pre-warming up process of raising a temperature of the cooling water of the engine 10 by the heater core 54a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize suitable operation of an exhaust emission control device by performing a suitable corresponding treatment based on basic information detecting abnormality in concentration in the exhaust emission control device for reducing and removing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emitted from a diesel engine, a gasoline engine, etc. installed in a moving vehicle by using a reducing agent.
      SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device supplies urea water in a storage tank 20 to an exhaust gas upstream of a reducing catalyst 3 disposed in an exhaust system of the engine 1. A concentration detector 60 is disposed in the storage tank 20 to detect the concentration of the urea water, which is used as the basic information for a suitable NOx reducing action. A heat exchanger for heating and/or cooling the reducing agent in the storage tank 20 is disposed on a periphery of the concentration detector. The exhaust emission control device can suitably be operated by performing the suitable corresponding treatment based on the basic information detecting the concentration fault by knowing the reducing agent concentration in the storage tank. As a cold season countermeasure, the concentration of the reducing agent is detected certainly, and the reducing agent can be supplied stably. Further, as an intense heat season countermeasure, generation of an ammonia from the storage tank is prevented.
