When the coupling sleeve 20 is displaced to the clutch gear 14 direction to perform a gear shift from the stop state to a transmission gear, even if the backward gear 12 cannot be rotated, the coupling sleeve 20 rotates the clutch gear 14 withstanding the energizing force of the elastic member 16. By this engagement, transmission is completed.
