摘要： A pin for guiding a gear has a substantially cylindrical outer surface section, wherein the outer surface section comprises a substantially cylindrical rolling surface section, which is aligned and formed so as to make possible the guiding of the gear. The outer surface section further has a groove, which is formed so as to accommodate a retaining ring, wherein the groove is disposed with respect to the rolling surface section so as to make possible a guiding, directly or indirectly via the retaining ring, of a rolling-element assembly along the axial direction of the pin. In this way it is possible to provide a guiding of a gear wherein a small tolerance chain is implemented with respect to the axial position.

摘要： A tension-adjusting device for a driving belt comprising a tension roller and having an engagement arrangement provided between a support of the tension roller and a machine frame for enabling stepwise swiveling movement about a partially disengaged mounting bolt. The axis of swivel is radially displaced from the rolling axis of the tension roller. The engagement arrangement comprises a projection formed on the support radially displaced from the axis of swivel and a plurality of depressions formed in the machine frame and arranged at regular intervals along an arc defined by the path of travel of the projection during swiveling, whereby the projection is engageable with each depression, thereby defining a corresponding step in a range of adjustment of the tension of the driving belt.

摘要： A cage for ball bearings consists of two side rings connected together by webs, and having ball pockets with ball pockets having curved partial surfaces inside and outside of the pitch circle and displaced from one another in the axial direction. 摘要： A ball bearing for permitting linear movements includes a cage having an inner surface that is adapted to surround a shaft, a plurality of axial guide tracks for receiving load-bearing balls and axial return tracks for receiving non-load-bearing balls. A cover is provided at each end of the cage, with each cover being provided a turn-around track that connect an end of one guide track with an end of an adjoining return track. The guide tracks and the return tracks have a slit extending along the length of the tracks and opening radially inwardly. To enable economical production of the bearing with relatively simple tools and universal use of a single cage for different ball bearings, the lateral guide walls of both the guide tracks and the return tracks possess the same cross-sectional configuration and, in the radial outer area of the cage, are provided with axially extending grooves. The cage is manufactured with breaking points distributed around the outer circumference of the cage for permitting radially outer portions of the cage to be removed.

The cage also has ball tracks each defined by an axial guide track, an axial return track and two turn-around tracks which connect the ends of the guide track and the return track. The guide and return tracks have a radially inwardly open slit that extends along the lengths of the tracks. The guide tracks are covered by respective ball track plates provided with projections that project into grooves in the cage. To reduce tool and manufacturing costs, ball track plates having the same profile (i.e., identical outside diameters, ball track diameters, plate widths and plate thicknesses) are used for several ball bearing sizes with different bore and outside diameters.
