摘要： A linear guide rail structure includes a guide rail, a dustproof cover, a pressure-exerting plate, and a locking member. The guide rail extends along an axial direction. The guide rail has at least one locking hole extending from a top surface in a height direction perpendicular to the axial direction. The dustproof cover is disposed on the top surface of the guide rail to cover the locking hole. The pressure-exerting plate is disposed on an end portion of the guide rail to press against the dustproof cover. The locking member includes a fastener and at least one pressure-exerting block. The fastener is fixed to the end portion of the guide rail. The pressure-exerting block is locked into the fastener in the height direction to abut against the pressure-exerting plate in the height direction, so that the pressure-exerting plate is pressed against the dustproof cover.

摘要： A press-fitting jig for a closure cap which is configured to press-fit a closure cap into a bolt mounting hole formed in a track rail of a guide device. The press-fitting jig is mounted to a moving block, which is assembled to the track rail through intermediation of a plurality of rolling elements and is configured to move on the track rail. The press-fitting jig includes: a finishing surface which is brought into slide contact with an upper surface of the track rail having the bolt mounting hole opened therein; and a guide surface, which is formed adjacent to the finishing surface and forms a wedge-shaped space with the track rail in a longitudinal direction of the track rail, the guide surface being configured to push the closure cap temporarily placed in the bolt mounting hole into the bolt mounting hole along with movement of the moving block.

摘要： A linear motion guide device has a high rigidity, a good linear motion guiding accuracy, and as little rattling as possible. The linear motion guide device prevents sand, water or other contaminants from entering its actuator main body, and features low maintenance requirement. A linear motion member of the linear motion guide device includes a plurality of axially divided segments. Each of these segments supports a plurality of guided members which make contact with two, mutually paired, guide surfaces of a housing. A preload can be applied between the guide surfaces and the guided member. The housing has a sealed structure, with a pressure inside the housing higher than an external pressure, for preventing external sand and water from entering the housing.

The guide carriage has at least one row of spherical rolling bodies which are received in an associated endless circulatory channel. The circulatory channel has a load-bearing section and a return channel which are connected to one another at their ends which lie opposite one another via in each case one curved deflection channel. The load-bearing section is delimited by a carriage raceway extending in a longitudinal direction on the guide carriage and a rail raceway on the guide rail. A separate main body of metal is also provided. The carriage raceway is arranged on a separate raceway insert which bears against the main body. A separate rolling-body guide part is also provided which has a guide section extending in the longitudinal direction. The guide section engages behind the raceway insert.
