摘要： Provided is a motion guide device, which alleviates a tensile force acting on a holding belt when the holding belt circulates in an endless circulation path together with rolling elements, thereby being capable of preventing uneven wear of the holding belt. The motion guide device, includes: a track rail; a large number of rolling elements configured to roll on the track rail; a moving block, which has an endless circulation path for the rolling elements, and is configured to freely move along the track rail; and a holding belt having pockets, which are arrayed at predetermined intervals, and are configured to receive the rolling elements, is incorporated into the endless circulation path, and is configured to move in the endless circulation path together with the rolling elements, wherein the holding belt has a pair of end portions opposed to each other through intermediation of a free rolling element in the endless circulation path, and wherein a condition of (X−Y)×Z>(B+C)−A>0 is satisfied, where: A represents a path length of the endless circulation path; B represents a total length of the holding belt; C represents a diameter of the free rolling element; X represents a diameter of each of the pockets; Y represents a diameter of each of the rolling elements; and Z represents the number of the rolling elements arrayed in the holding belt.

摘要： Cages for ball bearings are disclosed. In one example, a ball bearing cage includes two side rings interconnected by webs. Rolling element pockets, each of which may have a square basic shape with rounded corners, may be formed in a circumferential direction between the webs. The side rings, together with the webs, may form a guide contour of each rolling element pocket. The pockets may have four convex side contours between the corners thereof, and the side contours may point in a direction opposite to rounded portions in the corners.

Each annular member includes axially concave, arc-shaped pocket wall portions defining the inner surfaces of the pockets, and flat plate-shaped coupling plate portions coupling together the adjacent pairs of the pocket wall portions. The coupling plate portions have axial thicknesses of 30% or less of the diameters of the balls, and the pocket wall portions have, at deepest points of the pockets, thicknesses of 10% or less of the diameters of the balls.

摘要： A flexible bearing including spacers is provided. The flexible bearing includes: an outer race including a rolling groove; an inner race arranged in the outer race and including a rolling trough corresponding the rolling groove to collectively define a loading passage; rolling elements arranged in the loading passage; and spacers each including a retention section for receiving and retaining the rolling elements. Two adjacent ones of the spacers are in contact engagement with each other with end faces thereof and the two end faces are respectively a concave surface and a convex surface. The concave surface and the convex surface of the spacers are allowed to undergo relative sliding so as to allow the spacers to adjust, with respect to each other, an angular position thereof during an operation of the flexible bearing in order to prevent the spacers from interfering with the outer race or the inner race.
