摘要： A linear motion device includes a guiding member extending along a first direction and a slide block assembly slidably disposed on the guiding member. The slide block assembly includes a slide block, two ball race members at two sides of the slide block, two circulation members at two sides of the slide block along the first direction, and two end covers assembled on the circulation members. One or more of the circulation members has two revolve channel members. The revolve channel member has an upper protrusion member and a lower protrusion member protruding out of the upper protrusion member. Since the protruding portion of the lower protrusion member can be served as the bottom surface of the revolve curve, stepped structures caused by assembling or component tolerances are not formed between the bottom surface and nearby portions, and the balls can roll stably in the linear motion device.

The first cover plate includes a plurality of penetrating holes communicating with the non-load passages, the second cover plate is installed on the first cover plate and includes holes connected to the penetrating holes, and the open end cover is installed on one end of the sliding block and includes through holes communicating with the holes. The outer end cover closes the through holes to allow circulation of multiple rolling elements. The through holes, the holes, and the penetrating holes are connected to the non-load passages, so four rows of rolling elements can be filled simultaneously.

摘要： A motion guiding device includes a supporting body and a moving body. The moving body includes a moving body main body, a cover body and a circulation component. The cover body includes a first lubrication groove. The motion guiding device is further provided with a lubrication path component, the lubrication path component including a second lubrication groove having a cross-sectional area less than that of the first lubrication groove. When a lubricating oil is used as the lubricant, the lubricant is supplied by a lubricating oil lubrication path formed by the first lubrication groove and the second lubrication groove. In this way, in the motion guiding device, the lubrication path may be widened when the lubricating grease is used to lubricate, while the lubrication path may be narrowed when the lubricating oil is used to lubricate, so that a good lubrication may be easily achieved.

摘要： A sliding sleeve opening tool includes an engaging element, a ball seat and a guiding head connected in sequence, as disclosed herein. Further, a frictional force based upon the taper shape is released and the non-restraint of the clamper is performed.

摘要： A linear motion guide unit has sleeves which form return passages and are formed of a high temperature resistant resin material which allows use in a high temperature environment. In the linear motion guide unit, spaces serving as grease pools are formed in the sleeves inserted into insertion holes of a carriage. The sleeves are formed of a thermoplastic resin whose heat distortion temperature is higher than 80° C. Each sleeve is formed by combining split circular members obtained by dividing a cylindrical member into two pieces along the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of grooves which become spaces are formed on the inner circumferential surfaces of the sprit circular members through cutting orthogonal to a parting plane between the split circular members.
