    • An off-road vehicle (10) includes a chassis (12), an axle carriage (16), a rigid axle (30) and a pair of suspension cylinders (20). The axle carriage (16) is attached to or forms a part of the chassis (12), and includes a generally vertically arranged slot (38). The rigid axle (30) is mounted to the axle carriage (16) with a wheel hub (32) at each end thereof, and is vertically movable relative to the axle carriage (16). The suspension cylinders (20) are connected between the axle carriage (16) and axle (30), and are operable to move the axle (30) in vertical directions relative to the axle carriage (16). The off-road vehicle (10) is characterized in that the axle (30) includes a first pair of roll angle stops (42) which engage the axle carriage (16) when the axle (30) is at or near a fully lowered position relative to the axle carriage (16), and a second pair of roll angle stops (44) which engage the axle carriage (16) when the axle (30) is at or near a fully raised position relative to the axle carriage (16).

    • A suspension assembly (100) for an agricultural machine (10), adapted to reduce bump steering. The suspension assembly includes a strut shaft (120), a hollow tube (160), a cushioning mechanism (180), and a force control pad (162). A wheel support (130) can extend from the strut shaft and can be adapted to carry a wheel (12). The hollow tube can be at least partially disposed around the strut shaft and can be adapted to allow longitudinal motion of the strut shaft. The cushioning mechanism can cushion the longitudinal motion of the strut shaft. The force control pad, which can be connected to the hollow tube, can be engageable to the flat area (128) of the strut shaft. The force control pad can impart or resist rotational force when engaged to the strut shaft.

    • A vehicle has a chassis (11) with front and rear axles (12, 13) suspended from the chassis for vertical and roll movement relative to the chassis.
