    • A Magnetic Random Access Memory (MRAM) includes read sensing circuitry having an equalizer device configured between a bit cell output node and a reference node of the bit cell. The equalizer is turned on to couple the output node to the reference node during an initial portion of a read operation and to decouple the output node from the reference node after an equalization delay period. A sense amplifier is enabled to provide a data output from the bit cell only after the delay period and decoupling of the output node from the reference node to provide balanced sensing speed of data represented by parallel and antiparallel state magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs).

    • Disclosed is a washing basket which independently sprays cleaning water onto a material to be washed accommodated in a washing space, and a washing machine using same. The washing basket of the present invention comprises an edge spray pipe, a plurality of first and second main body spray pipes, and a cleaning water distribution pipe. The edge spray pipe has width and length directions, and defines a boundary of the washing space for accommodating and washing the material. The first main body spray pipes are coupled together in the width direction at a lower outer portion of the edge spray pipe so as to surround the washing space. The second main body spray pipes are coupled together in the length direction at the lower outer portion of the edge spray pipe so as to surround the washing space. The cleaning water distribution pipe is in communication with the edge spray pipe, the first main body spray pipes, and the second main body spray pipes in order to supply the cleaning water. The washing machine of the present invention comprises: a cabinet having a washing chamber in which the washing basket is disposed in multiple layers; a plurality of washing spray pipes for spraying the cleaning water; a water supply tank; and a pump.

    • The present invention relates to a method for recycling food waste, and more specifically, to a method for recycling food waste by processing the food waste after the food waste has been collected in a refrigerated or frozen state according to food waste recycling management plans for a food waste recycling system. According to the present invention, the method for recycling the food waste in which the food waste recycling system manages the food waste recycling plans in real time, comprises the steps of: a data collection step, in which said food waste recycling system collects data on the amount discharged according to each food waste discharge location; a collection plan formulation step, in which said food waste recycling system formulates food waste collection plans by using the collected data; a disposal step, in which food waste disposal devices installed at each food waste discharge location compress, dry, and smash the food waste after cleaning the food waste; a storage step for refrigerating or freezing said food waste; a collection command transmission step, in which said food waste recycling system transmits a collection command for said refrigerated or frozen food waste according to the food waste collection plans; a collection step, in which a food waste collection device collects said refrigerated or frozen food waste according to said collection command; and a processing step, in which a food waste processing device processes said collected food waste.

    • Magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) in magnetic random access memory (MRAM) are subject to read disturb events when the current passing through the MTJ causes a spontaneous switching of the MTJ due to spin transfer torque (STT) from a parallel state to an anti-parallel state or from an anti-parallel state to a parallel state. Because the state of the MTJ corresponds to stored data, a read disturb event may cause data loss in MRAM devices. Read disturb events may be reduced by controlling the direction of current flow through the MTJ. For example, the current direction through a reference MTJ may be selected based on the state of the reference MTJ. In another example, the current direction through a data or reference MTJ may be alternated such that the MTJ is only subject to read disturb events during approximately half the read operations on the MTJ.
