Accordingly, guarantee of matching of the contents entailed by the revision of a document can be easily provided in a document system containing formatted documents and nonformatted documents, such as documents relating to the design, production, inspection, sale, etc, of industrial products, and standard documents stating them, where matching of the contents is of particular importance. The method is extremely effective to receive the certification of the production standards requiring strict management of documents, such as ISO9000 established recently, and to apply the production standards.

    • A magnetic disk having a lubricating film that covers a data region and a CSS region formed on the surface thereof. The lubricating film secures low tackiness and low sliding friction in the data region, and secures CSS durability in the CSS region. Since the problem of lubrication between the magnetic disk and a magnetic head can be avoided either in normal operation or in the event of an abrupt stop of the disk drive, high reliability can be secured. The present invention provides also a magnetic recording/reproduction apparatus using the disk. Because the lubricating film formed in the data region of the magnetic disk is firmly fixed to the surface of the magnetic disk, it hardly invites adhesion and has a sufficient film thickness for securing durability under sliding friction. The lubricating film in the CSS region comprises both a lubricant having high fixing force and a lubricant having low fixing force to the surface of the magnetic disk, it has high CSS durability. It is therefore possible to obtain a high-reliability magnetic disk and a high-reliability magnetic recording/reproduction apparatus.

    • A motor controller is constituted of a power source circuit which outputs a desired DC voltage by rectifying AC power and improves the power factor of the AC power and a motor driving circuit which drives a motor. The DC voltage control circuit outputs a signal which changes the DC voltage to the converter control circuit when the output of the speed control circuit reaches a prescribed value. The output of the speed control circuit is a conduction ratio signal or the speed difference signal between a calculated speed value and a commanded speed value.
