    • A method for preparing popped snack using potatoes is provided to retain a characteristic taste and flavor of potatoes and simplify a manufacturing process through a twin screw extruder. A method for preparing popped snack using potatoes comprises the following steps of: peeling a skin of the potatoes and drying the peeled potatoes; cutting the potatoes to a thickness of 2~4mm; dipping the cut potatoes in 0.1~1% salt water for 3~6 hours; dehydrating and pulverizing the potatoes with a net of 150 mesh or greater; mixing the 15~70% of pulverized potatoes to the 30~85% of all-purpose flour in a materials feeding rate of 320~380/min with a water feeding rate of 40~80cc/min at a temperature of 60~110°C; and adding oils and popping all ingredients in a popping machine.

    • A method of manufacturing cookies using red ginseng powder and sweet pumpkins which are obtained by heating and finely crushing is provided. The cookies have medicinal value of red ginseng powder and sweet pumpkins and are useful as a health supplementary food for an ordinary person as well as a child during the growth period or a person performing a diet. A cookie stuffing is filled into cookie skin and then baked to produce the titled cookies. The cookie stuffing is prepared by mixing 1kg sweet pumpkin, 30 to 40g red ginseng powder, 500 to 600g corn syrup and 50 to 60g sugar and stirring in a stirrer. The cookie skin is prepared by mixing 400g wheat flour, 50 to 60g sugar, 15 to 17g salt, 100 to 110g eggs, 100 to 110g dry milk, 10 to 15g baking powder, 2.5 to 5g yeast, 90 to 100ml edible oil and 600 to 700g water. The sweet pumpkin is obtained by removing the seed and skin from sweet pumpkins, heating them in a steamer for 25 to 35min and finely crushing.

    • PURPOSE: A sugar cookie vending machine using a disposable vessel is provided to improve the sanitary conditions of sugar cookies by making the sugar cookies while moving a disposable metal vessel. CONSTITUTION: A main frame is a vessel case(81) of which an upper portion is opened. A horizontal transferring member(84) is installed within the vessel case(81) horizontally to be rotated by a horizontal transferring motor(82) and provided with a screw groove(83) to transfer a disposable metal vessel(c). An edge of the disposable metal vessel(c) is inserted into the screw groove(83). A vessel member(85) is screw-coupled to the horizontal transferring member(84). A discharging screw member(86) is installed on an end of the horizontal transferring member(84) to discharge the disposable metal vessel(c) transferred by the horizontal transferring member(84). A vessel supplying unit is operated by a control unit which receives a coin signal from a coin slot unit to discharge the stored metal vessel(c) one by one.
