    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight in a disc rotor, by thinning respective cooling fins, in the ventilated type disc rotor.
      SOLUTION: This disc rotor 10 has a hat part 10a, and has an annular sliding part 10b integrally arranged on the outer periphery of this hat part 10a. In the annular sliding part 10b, an inner disc part (13) and an outer disc part (12) are integrally connected by a plurality of cooling fins 11c. The hat part 10a (composed of a cylindrical part 11a and an annular flange part 11b) and the cooling fins 11c are integrally formed of a metallic plate material (a steel plate mold 11), and the inner disc part (13) and the outer disc part (12) are formed by casting, and the inner disc part (13) and the outer disc part (12) are integrally connected by the cooling fins 11c by casting the cooling fins 11c in the inner disc part (13) and the outer disc part (12).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet friction plate capable of preventing a drag torque from occurring by improving discharging performance of an oil liquid, and preventing an oil film from running out on the friction surface of a friction member.
      SOLUTION: A friction plate 100 includes a segment structure in which a plurality of friction members 20 are arranged on a surface of a disc-shaped core plate 10 in a circle at intervals with each other. A friction surface of the friction member 20 includes a longitudinal groove 22 which extend in a circumferential direction of the core plate 10 and longitudinal grooves 23, 24, 25 which extends in a radial direction of the core plate 10, and are connected to a lateral groove 22 for communication with the inner peripheral side surface of the friction member 20. An oil groove 21 is formed to communicate with only the inner peripheral side surface out of the side surfaces of the friction members 20.
