SOLUTION: For this purpose, in the exhaust device of the vehicle including rear wheels arranged outside in a vehicle width direction of a rear side member extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, an opening formed on a side in a body width direction of the rear bumper arranged behind the rear wheels, the diffuser attached to the opening so as to extend inside the rear bumper, a silencer arranged at the back of the vehicle with its axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and the tail pipe connected to a rear end of the silencer and interposed into an inner circumference of the diffuser spaced by a clearance, the silencer is arranged at a position posterior to the rear wheels in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle in a state where its periphery projects to the outside more than the rear side member in the body width direction so that a rear end face of the silencer opposes a front end opening of the diffuser.
