    • A peak and hold type injector driving apparatus of a vehicle is provided to control each of time accurately by controlling rushing time, peak time, and hold time by using a first power of a battery and a second power of a booster. A peak and hold type injector driving apparatus of a vehicle comprises an engine control unit(300), and an output driver unit. The output driver unit has a first switch(501), a booster(503), a second switch(505), and a third switch(507). The first switch is kept turned on during rushing time or hold time of injection signal to supply a first power from a battery to an injector. The booster steps up the first power to a second power, and outputs the second power. The second switch is connected with an output of the booster, and supplies the second power of the booster to the injector. The third switch is connected with an output of the injector and kept turned on during rushing time, peak time and hold time by one of the first power and second power.

    • PURPOSE: A fuel injection valve is provided to contain a pump piston being possibly driven for operating a translational pump movement by a piezo-electric or a magnetostrictive actuator. CONSTITUTION: The invention relates to a fuel injection valve, specially a fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems in internal combustion engines. The inventive device has a pump piston (7) which is driven by a piezo-electric or magnetostrictive actuator (2) to create translational pump movement. An injector nozzle (70) with at least one injection opening (7) is hydraulically connected to the pump piston by a fuel pressure line (60). The fuel injector nozzle (70) opens when the fuel pressure produced by the pump piston(7) in the fuel pressure line (60) exceeds a given threshold value. At least one non-return valve (61) opening in the direction of the injector nozzle (70) and closing in the opposite direction is arranged in the fuel pressure line (60).
