摘要： An operational amplifier circuit is provided. The operational amplifier circuit includes a differential amplifier of a cascade structure and a switched-capacitor type Common-Mode FeedBack (CMFB) circuit. The differential amplifier amplifies a difference between two input signals to output an anode output voltage and a negative output voltage. The switched-capacitor type CMFB circuit averages the anode output voltage and the negative output voltage of the differential amplifier, compares the average voltage with a reference voltage to generate a feedback signal based on a result of the comparison, and provides the feedback signal to the differential amplifier. Therefore, power consumption is reduced and a battery use time of a wireless terminal can be extended. Also, since an operational amplifier gain of each analog filter terminal is not negatively affected, a Direct Current (DC) offset is reduced, thereby improving signal quality.

摘要： A programmable gain amplifier (PGA) circuit includes a gain adjust circuit and a gain select circuit that are both coupled to an output of an amplifier. The gain select circuit completes feedback to the amplifier while the gain adjust circuit is arranged to boost or cut the gain of the gain selection circuit. The gain adjust circuit can be arranged as a trim adjustment to the overall gain of the PGA circuit, where a different trim adjustment can be mapped to each gain setting such as from a look-up table. In other example implementations, the PGA circuit can periodically switch between multiple gain settings using a modulation scheme such that the overall gain is blended between the various gain settings according to a duty cycle, pulse-width, or delta-sigma modulation, with a time averaging effect on the overall gain of the PGA circuit.

An output circuit of an audio amplifier having an analog filter stage comprising an inductor/capacitor (LC) circuit, a physical connector for connecting a speaker, a tuned resonant circuit configured to provide a low-impedance load for the output circuit in the event of an open load on the output circuit by providing damping of a natural resonance of the LC circuit or of high-frequency oscillations in the output circuit, and a resonant frequency detection coupled to the output of the LCR circuit to detect one of a natural resonance oscillation or the high- frequency oscillation condition. The tuned resonant circuit provides modulation control to a closed-loop Class D amplifier with feedback after the output filter.

In an aspect, techniques for differential-to-single-ended conversion in a baseband portion of the IC are disclosed to reduce the pin count and package size for RF IC's. 摘要： A low noise amplifier comprises at least one amplifying transistor (Ts1; Ts2) configured in a common source configuration to receive an input signal (RFin) at a gate terminal and provide an amplified signal at a drain terminal and at least one feedback path arranged to couple a part of the amplified signal back to the gate terminal and comprising a feedback impedance. The low noise amplifier further comprises a self- coupled step-up transformer having at least one primary winding (Lp) connected to a supply voltage (Vdd) and the drain terminal of the at least one amplifying transistor and at least one self-coupled secondary inductor winding (Lf1; Lf2) arranged in the feedback path. The low noise amplifier provides a better suppression for out-band interference and at the same time it has a wider input match bandwidth, decent conversion gain and decent noise figure without increasing power consumption.
