    • The corrugated fin feeding apparatus has cutting devices (1) producing corrugated (C1, C2) fins with a predetermined length and a conveying device (2) determining positions of the corrugated fins and conveying them at predetermined intervals. Further, the feeding apparatus has a forcible conveying device (3) which adds a driving force to the corrugated fins being conveyed by the conveying device (4) to push out them toward the downstream side thereof and distributes them in predetermined directions, and an accumulating device which accommodates the corrugated fins into a plurality of accumulating rooms respectively. Furthermore, the feeding apparatus has an inserting device (5) which feeds a predetermined number of the corrugated fins simultaneously into a temporary assembling device (6) of a heat exchanger core when the predetermined number of them are accommodated into the accumulating rooms, and a control device (7) which synchronously controls the respective devices (8) based on the positions of the corrugated fins determined by the conveying device.

    • PURPOSE: A car body assembling apparatus is provided to ensure the flexibility of a facility for producing many kinds of vehicles since welding can be performed by a plurality of welding robots on both sides of processes. CONSTITUTION: A car body assembling apparatus comprises locating units(1), a robot hanger unit(3), part loading units(5) and welding robots(7). The locating units are installed on both sides of a base plate(11) of a process by three sets. The locating unit regulates a clamping pin(13), which is inserted into a lower tooling hole of each side member. The robot hanger unit is composed on the leading end of the arm of a handling robot(41), which is arranged on one side of the front with respect to the base plate, and loads a dash panel between the regulated side members(SM) on the locating unit in the state the clamping pin is inserted into the tooling hole on the cross section of the dash panel(DP). The part loading robots are respectively formed on both sides of the rear of the base plate, clamp the left and right side members on a pallet and load them by the locating unit. The welding robots are respectively formed on both sides the base plate and comprises an integral spot welding gun(55) on the leading end of the arm so that the welding operation is performed on each bonding part of the dash panel and the left and right side members.
