    • A tool for producing composite objects, comprising a first and a second material path (11, 14), along which a first and second sheet material are stepwise feedable.       전술한 바의 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은, 작업라인의 바닥부로부터 오버헤드 행거를 통해 이송되는 차체의 저면부를 향해 직립하여 설치된 지지부와; 상기 지지부에 대해 차체의 횡방향과 종방향 및 높이방향으로 각각 이동가능하게 설치된 가동부; 상기 가동부에 설치되어 차체의 저면부에 대한 샤시부품류의 체결작업을 수행하는 체결부; 상기 체결부를 차체의 저면부를 향해 승/하강시 상기 체결부의 하중을 보상하는 하중보상부; 상기 체결부의 위치 이동시 미세 위치를 조정해 주는 틸팅부 및; 상기 체결부의 작동시 발생되는 반력을 지탱해 주는 반력규제부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

    • PURPOSE: A car body assembling apparatus is provided to ensure the flexibility of a facility for producing many kinds of vehicles since welding can be performed by a plurality of welding robots on both sides of processes. CONSTITUTION: A car body assembling apparatus comprises locating units(1), a robot hanger unit(3), part loading units(5) and welding robots(7). The locating units are installed on both sides of a base plate(11) of a process by three sets. The locating unit regulates a clamping pin(13), which is inserted into a lower tooling hole of each side member. The robot hanger unit is composed on the leading end of the arm of a handling robot(41), which is arranged on one side of the front with respect to the base plate, and loads a dash panel between the regulated side members(SM) on the locating unit in the state the clamping pin is inserted into the tooling hole on the cross section of the dash panel(DP). The part loading robots are respectively formed on both sides of the rear of the base plate, clamp the left and right side members on a pallet and load them by the locating unit. The welding robots are respectively formed on both sides the base plate and comprises an integral spot welding gun(55) on the leading end of the arm so that the welding operation is performed on each bonding part of the dash panel and the left and right side members.
