The vibration absorbing unit is mounted on the top of the upper plate unit. The vibration absorbing unit comprises a connecting unit(31), a V-shaped blade(33) and a variable damping elastomeric unit(32). Each end of the connecting unit is fixed to each of both ends of the upper plate unit and the payload is mounted on the top of the connecting unit.

The electromagnetic clutch cuts off power supply when the vehicle is operated solely by the motor.

CONSTITUTION: A balancing device(10) for an engine comprises a crank shaft(100), one or more electromechanical force generators(200), and a control unit. The crank shaft converts reciprocation of a piston in the engine into a rotational movement. The electromechanical force generator is separated from the crank shaft at a predetermined interval and generates electromechanical power. The control unit controls the electromechanical force generator in order to appropriately generate the electromechanical power and offsets unbalance generated due to the rotation of the crank shaft.
