    • 본발명은냉각시스템및 이를제어하는방법에관한것이다. 본발명의실시예에따른냉각시스템은인터쿨러, 라디에이터, 저온라디에이터, 써모스탯, 제1제어밸브, 제2제어밸브, 저온워터펌프및 제어기를포함한다. 나아가, 상기냉각시스템은냉각수온도정보를상기제어기에전달하기위한냉각수온도센서및 엔진의흡기온도정보를상기제어기에전달하기위한흡기온도센서를더 포함할수 있다. 엔진이웜업되지않은것으로판단되면, 제어기는엔진에서가열된냉각수를인터쿨러에공급하여공기를데워엔진에공급하며, 인터쿨러를통과한냉각수를라디에이터또는저온라디에이터를거치지않고엔진에다시공급하여엔진의흡기온도를높인다. 또한, 엔진이웜업된것으로판단되고, 흡기온도가목표설정온도이하인경우엔진에서가열된냉각수를인터쿨러에공급하여공기를데워엔진에공급하며, 인터쿨러를통과한냉각수를저온라디에이터를거치지않고라디에이터를거쳐엔진에다시공급함으로써승온된공기를엔진에공급하게된다. 흡기온도가목표설정온도이상인경우에는엔진에서가열된냉각수는인터쿨러를거치지않고라디에이터를거쳐엔진으로다시공급되도록하고, 인터쿨러와저온라디에이터사이의폐쇄회로를순환하는냉각수가엔진에공급되는공기와열교환하도록되어있는것을특징으로한다.

    • PURPOSE: A large two-stroke cycle diesel engine with an exhaust gas purification system is provided to operate with an SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) reactor while maintaining sufficient scavenge pressure. CONSTITUTION: A large two-stroke cycle diesel engine with an exhaust gas purification system comprises a cylinder, a catalyst reductive reactor(8), an exhaust duct(10), a compressor(14), a sub blower fan(20), a scavenger gas receiving unit(22), a bypass line(26), and an electronic control unit(33). The cylinders are connected to an exhaust gas receiving unit(6). The catalyst reductive reactor comprises an inlet part connected to the outlet part of the exhaust gas receiving unit. The exhaust duct connects the outlet part of the selective catalytic reduction reactor to a turbine(12) of a turbocharger. The compressor delivers scavenger gas to the scavenger gas receiving unit through a scavenger gas channel(16) including a scavenger gas cooler(18). The sub blower fan supports the compressor in a low-load condition. The scavenger gas receiving unit is connected to the cylinders. The electronic control unit allows the flow of scavenger gas into the exhaust duct through the bypass line when an engine load or the temperature of exhaust gas flowing in an SCR reactor is lower than a threshold.

    • PURPOSE: A method of heating air using cooling heat of an internal combustion engine is provided to prevent the surface of a radiation fin of a radiator from becoming dirty and enhance thermal efficiency of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A method of heating air using cooling heat of an internal combustion engine is as follows. An air filter is formed on an air intake hood. A radiator type of a heat exchanger(100) is installed in an air filter box to make tight contact with the rear of the air filter. One side of the heat exchanger is connected to the water jacket of an engine and the other side of the heat exchange is connected to a water pump. Waste heat of cooling water supplied to prevent overheating of the engine is recovered. Air cleaned by the air filter is heated by the heat exchanger and the heated air is mixed to be supplied into a combustion chamber.
