    • PURPOSE: An intake air temperature controlling device for an engine is provided to separately form ducts respectively introducing hot air and cold air for selectively controlling the introduction of the hot and cold air, thereby preventing the degradation of the intake efficiency and the engine output. CONSTITUTION: An intake air temperature controlling device for an engine includes cold air introducing duct(6) branched from a rear part of a hot air introducing duct and having a cold air introducing end part to be positioned at an upper part deviated from a radiator, a first valve(7) for opening and closing the hot air introducing duct, a first actuator(8) for operating the first valve, a second valve(9) for opening and closing the cold air introducing duct, a second actuator(10) for operating the second valve, an intake air temperature sensor(11) mounted at a rear part of separation/connection position for detecting the temperature of air to be introduced, and an electronic control unit for driving the first actuator to open the hot air introducing duct by the first valve and the second actuator to close the cold air introducing duct by the second valve when the detected intake air temperature is in a normal temperature range, while close the cold air introducing duct to open if the detected air temperature is higher than an upper limit.

In the injection pin, a circulation length is short and a cross section of a spray hole is larger relatively. The minute injection pin preheats the fuel which is heated by the heat of the fuel, and sprays the fuel finely. In the minute injection pin, a circulation length and a cross section of a spray hole is smaller comparatively.

    • An air heater for internal-combustion engines is provided to easily perform an installation and a ground to a chassis of the air heater by excluding an interface between a conventional minus terminal and a throttle actuator. In an air heater for internal-combustion engines, a heater element is installed on a central penetration part of a heater housing(20). A plus terminal and a minus terminal are exposed to the outside by penetrating a circumference of the heater housing. A throttle body(30) and an intake manifold(50) are placed on a top surface and a bottom surface of the heater housing. The plus terminal and the heater housing are insulated. The minus terminal and the heater housing are conducted. And, a conducting member(60) is conducted by connecting a predetermined portion of the heater housing to the intake manifold.
