    • PURPOSE: A construction material using sludge is provided to obtain excellent strength by recycling the sludge, to solve problems which are caused by the use of cement, and to prevent environmental contamination using a binder consisting of only inorganic materials. CONSTITUTION: A construction material using sludge comprises: 60-95 weight% of sludge which is selected from water sludge, sewage sludge, wastewater sludge, and deposition sludge; and 5-40 weight of a binder comprising 10-90 weight% of mineral powder and 10-90 weight% of a liquid binder. The mineral powder has an atomic fraction of C 5-81.7%, O 20-86.7%, Mg 1-67.7%, Al 1-67.7%, Si 3-69.7%, S 0.5-67.2%, Cl 0.5-67.2%, Ca 2-68.7%, Ti 0.1-66.8%, Mn 0.05-66.75%, Fe 0.05-66.75%, and In 0.1-66.8%.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a porous permeable concrete block having high strength comprises a floor plate of a board shape which is fixed on the ground; a buffering spring(31) which are arrayed on the upper part of the floor plate; a vibrating motor(32) which is installed between the buffering spring; a vibration plate(3) of the board shape which is installed on the upper part of the buffering spring and the vibrating motor; a tamping plate(5) which compresses a block molding frame and which is installed on the upper part of the block molding frame; a tamping machine(6) controlling the tamping plate; a cylinder(7) transferring power to the upper part of the tamping machine; a drum tamping machine(8) in which a cylindrical drum roller compressing the block molding frame is included on the upper end of the vibration plate; and a guide rail(9) which is installed on both sides of the drum tamping machine and guides the drum tamping machine.

    • A method of manufacturing block is provided to prevent shot ball from being stuck between air gaps of superficial layers according to proper superficial layer particle size when shortly blasting outer layer surface of block. A method of manufacturing block comprises steps of: mixing aggregate 80~200 parts by weight, water 20~50 parts by weight(a ratio of water/cement is 0.2~0.5) and blending material 100~800 parts by weight based on cement 100 parts by weight and manufacturing a first mixture; mixing the first mixture and inorganic pigment 0.5~10 parts by weight of the ferric oxide and chromium oxide based on cement 100 parts by weight and manufacturing a second compound; injecting the first mixture into a molder, injecting the second compound, vibrating and molding it and manufacturing formed block; curing the formed block; and shortly blasting the formed block.
