摘要：
A method of manufacturing block is provided to prevent shot ball from being stuck between air gaps of superficial layers according to proper superficial layer particle size when shortly blasting outer layer surface of block. A method of manufacturing block comprises steps of: mixing aggregate 80~200 parts by weight, water 20~50 parts by weight(a ratio of water/cement is 0.2~0.5) and blending material 100~800 parts by weight based on cement 100 parts by weight and manufacturing a first mixture; mixing the first mixture and inorganic pigment 0.5~10 parts by weight of the ferric oxide and chromium oxide based on cement 100 parts by weight and manufacturing a second compound; injecting the first mixture into a molder, injecting the second compound, vibrating and molding it and manufacturing formed block; curing the formed block; and shortly blasting the formed block.
