    • The present invention relates to a manhole cover and a manhole composed of a manhole supporting frame and, more specifically, to a manhole cover and a manhole composed of a manhole supporting frame which comprises: a first compound material layer; a first glass fabric layer formed on the upper surface of the first compound material; a second compound material layer formed of the upper surface of the first glass fabric layer; a reinforcing bar layer formed on the second compound material layer; a third compound material layer formed on the upper surface of the reinforcing bar layer; and a second glass fabric layer formed on the upper surface of the third compound material layer. The manhole cover and the manhole composed of a manhole supporting frame comprising the above structure is provided to reduce manufacturing hours and production costs since the separated processes for solving the problems of a manhole such as deflection, twisting and cracking are not required and to improve the manhole work for the convenience of workers and to prevent the manhole being stolen, which becomes a problem caused by the price rise of metal material.

    • PURPOSE: A polymer concrete composition and a water permeable block are provided to prevent heat island by reducing the surface temperature of roads with ceramic hollow type fine particles. CONSTITUTION: A polymer concrete composition is composed of 70-75 wt.% of aggregate, 5-9 wt.% of binder, 3-15 wt.% of first filler, 3-15 wt.% of second filler, and 1-20 wt.% of heat blocking material. The binder is at least one of unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, urethane resin, methylmethacrylate resin, thermosetting resin, and thermoplastic resin. The particles of the second filler are relatively thicker than the particles of the first filler. The first filler is at least one of heavy calcium carbonate having particle diameter of 1-30 micro meters, stone dust, slag, cement, fly ash, and paper ash. The second filler is minute silica of which particle diameter is 20-40 micro meters. The heat blocking material is inorganic granule. The polymer concrete composition contains 4-5 wt.% of silver ion antibiotic with respect of total weight of the binder.
