    • 본 발명은 건축용 내 ·외장재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 화산재를 주재로 하여 친환경적이고 내구성, 내화성이 뛰어난 화산재를 이용한 건축용 내 ·외장재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 화산재 67~87중량%, 멜라민수지 10~25중량%, 물 3~8중량%를 혼합·교반하여 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합공정, 상기 혼합물을 성형틀에 투입하는 투입공정, 상기 성형틀에 투입된 혼합물을 130~160℃의 온도, 260~430kg/㎠로 압력으로 9~12초 동안 가압하는 압축성형공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
      본 발명에 따른 화산재를 이용한 건축용 내·외장재는 높은 강도와 내수성, 내마모성, 내열성, 내구성이 뛰어나고 화산재의 원적외선, 음이온의 방출, 항균, 탈취의 뛰어난 성능으로 내장재로 화장실이나 목욕탕 등의 내벽에 마무리재로 사용되는 타일로 사용할 수 있고, 외장재로는 대리석의 대용으로 사용할 수 있다.

    • A lime solidifier and a repair/reinforcement method for banks of river employing the solidifier are provided to stabilize the ground while protecting the ground from deformation, to develop scenic banks of river and to recycle the solidifier for soil dressing or casting soil. A lime solidifier comprises 20-30% by weight of gypsum, 40-60% by weight of limestone, 8-10% by weight of furnace slag, 8-10% by weight of fly ash, 0.99-4.9% by weight of magnesia, 3-5% by weight of short gel time clinker mineral and 0.01-0.1% by weight of anionic coagulant. The coagulant is selected from a group consisting of electrolyte, surfactant and electrolytic polymer. A repair/reinforcement method for banks of river comprises steps of: forming mixed top soil by mixing 2-6 parts by weight of the solidifier with respect to 100 parts by weight of soil to be repaired/enforced; installing the prepared mixed top soil on the surface of the waterway of the banks of river; compacting the shallow layer of the mixed top soil installed on the surface of the waterway with a pressure.

    • A consecutive manufacturing method of fire-retard prefabricate panel is provided to mass-produce light and eco-friendly prefabricate fire-retard panel having excellent fire-retard, high elasticity and high strength. A consecutive manufacturing method of fire-retardant panel board by combining expandable minerals such as perlite and vermiculite, which has been heated, expanded and ground, with an inorganic adhesive for forming an article, and heating and pressuring the mixture, comprises: adding a predetermined sodium silicate and aluminum hydroxide to 5% of fibroid sepiolite powder, which is produced by particle-grinding expanded and foamed fibroid sepiolite, together with 40% of perlite and 35% of vermiculite, which are expanded to at least 5mm and foamed previously, 3% of graphite, 2% of limestone and 15% of woody fiber, and then adding water to the resulted mixture in the amount of 2.5 times with respect to the total material, and heating the resultant at 60-70deg.C for mixing; after combining the mixture with 10% of an inorganic adhesive with respect to total amount in a reactor, molding the mixture by an extruder having performance of 5.5kg per 1cm^3; consecutively forming panels having thickness required for the fire-retard panel, which comprises primary press performed by laminating the prepared material on uneven panel cover molded by continual a number of punching and secondary press performed by 35kg/cm^2 in molding roller line of hot-air drying which is heated to 160deg.C after the primary press. The panel is tested for deformation by heating at 1300-1800deg.C for 1 to 3 hours before sale at a market.
