    • PURPOSE: A polymer concrete composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be environmentally friendly and economical. CONSTITUTION: A polymer concrete composition comprises 7-8.5 parts by weight of a polymer binder; 5-15 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 6.63-19.89 parts by weight of quenching agent steel slag having a particle size of 0.1-0.5mm; 27.02 parts by weight of quenching agent steel slag having a particle size of 0.6-1.2mm; and 51.5-53 parts by weight of coarse aggregate having a particle size of 5-8mm. A manufacturing method of the polymer concrete composition comprises the following steps: mixing unsaturated polyester resin with polystyrene resin; mixing a catalyst, a cross-linking agent, and a promoter with the mixed resin; mixing calcium carbonate, coarse aggregate, and quenching agent steel slag; and adding the polymer binder to the powder mixture and stirring the same.
