A manufacturing method of the EVA sheet for sealing a solar cell comprises a step of preparing a substrate (100) by extrusion blow molding; a step of preparing a heat-sealing resin powder (300) including an ethylene-based resin; a step of scattering the heat-sealing resin powder onto the substrate; and a step of curing the heat-sealing resin powder in order to form a heat-sealing layer.

The circulation belt has a surface with a constant surface roughness without a joint.
