CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether an operational state of an air conditioner is an automatic temperature control mode or manual temperature control mode(ST10). A humidity sensor detects a humidity value periodically, and outputs a signal corresponding to the humidity value(ST20). An ECU(Electronic Control Unit) receiving the detected humidity value processes the signal after delaying for predetermined time(ST30). It is judged whether a voltage value output from the humidity sensor is more than 0.2V(ST40). If so, a reference voltage value is changed(ST50).

The discharge unit discharges the enriched oxygen to the vehicles through the moisture storage unit. The humidifying unit is placed in one side of the moisture storage unit to spray the moisture to the vehicle. The controller controls the cycle of spraying the moisture by users.
