    • A control arm of a vehicle suspension is provided to design only an arm part of the control arm and make a bracket of the control arm be commonly used to reduce the weight of aluminum parts and decrease the manufacturing cost. A control arm of a vehicle suspension includes a steel arm member(1), a first bush bracket(4), a second bush bracket(5) and a joint bracket(6). The steel arm member is bent to form a control arm shape and includes left and right fixed ends(2,3) manufactured through hydrofoaming method. The first bush bracket is manufactured using an aluminum cast, inserted into the middle portion of the arm member and fixed thereto through welding to be combined with a car body through a bush. The second bush bracket is manufactured using an aluminum cast, inserted into the left fixed end of the arm member and fixed thereto through welding to be combined with the car body through a bush. The joint bracket is manufactured using an aluminum cast, inserted into the right fixed end of the arm member and fixed thereto through welding to be combined with the car body through a joint.

A tube type torsion beam for a rear wheel suspension of an vehicle using different steel materials comprises: both end parts which is coupled on the trailing arm for a rear suspension system with forming an enclosed section; a central part having an opened section of a V shape; and a transition part which connects the both end parts and the central part with changing the section. The tube type steel material is made of different steel materials formed by welding different steel sheets according to each section. The tube type steel material is formed in order to have the different thicknesses according to each section. Each section is classified by section 1(S1), section 2(S2) and section 3(S3). The thickness of the section 1 and the section 3 is 3-4mm. The thickness of the section 2 is 2-3mm.

The bush part comprises a bush mounting hole in which the bush unit is installed. The carrier part comprises a bearing mounting hole(18) in which the hub bearing is installed. The bush mounting hole and the bearing mounting hole are burring-processed in the trailing arm body.
