    • PURPOSE: A radius rod having improved durability is provided to connect an end member to the end of a rod member with a reformed structure, thereby securing a stable connection state, and suppressing shape deformation such as a bending and the like caused by repetitive external impacts. CONSTITUTION: A radius rod having improved durability comprises a rod member, an end member(20), a shock absorbing bush(30), and a control member(40). The rigidity of the rod member is supplemented by a support bolt passing through a hollow portion of the rod member and being connected to the end member. The end member is fixed at the both end of the rod member, accepts the shock absorbing bush, and has a through-hole(24) connected to the hollow portion of the rod member. The shock absorbing bush is accepted to the end member, and fixed as compressed by a waging process. The control member is installed at the hollow portion of the rod member, and has the support bolt(42) at both sides to be combined to the through-hole of the end member.

    • PURPOSE: A V-type rod for vehicle suspension system is provided to reduce the generation of harmful materials by removing a fixing process through welding or swaging. CONSTITUTION: A V-type rod(1) for vehicle suspension system comprises a connection member(11), a caulonema(10), and a shock-absorbing bush(20). The connection member comprises a bush hole(11a). An end member(12) is connected to the caulonema through a rod member(13). The connection member, the end member, and the rod member are molded through a cast molding process in the caulonema. The caulonema comprises a strength complement plate comprised of stainless steel. The caulonema includes stable tensile strength by the strength complement plate. The shock-absorbing bush is individually inserted into the bush holes formed in the connection member and the end member.

    • A control arm of a vehicle suspension is provided to design only an arm part of the control arm and make a bracket of the control arm be commonly used to reduce the weight of aluminum parts and decrease the manufacturing cost. A control arm of a vehicle suspension includes a steel arm member(1), a first bush bracket(4), a second bush bracket(5) and a joint bracket(6). The steel arm member is bent to form a control arm shape and includes left and right fixed ends(2,3) manufactured through hydrofoaming method. The first bush bracket is manufactured using an aluminum cast, inserted into the middle portion of the arm member and fixed thereto through welding to be combined with a car body through a bush. The second bush bracket is manufactured using an aluminum cast, inserted into the left fixed end of the arm member and fixed thereto through welding to be combined with the car body through a bush. The joint bracket is manufactured using an aluminum cast, inserted into the right fixed end of the arm member and fixed thereto through welding to be combined with the car body through a joint.
