    • PURPOSE: A producing system and method of tapioca powder is provided to offer the stickiness to the tapioca powder during a continuous transferring process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of tapioca powder comprises the following steps: supplying tapioca in a powder form without the stickiness; supplying the moisture to the tapioca, and applying frictional heat; re-compressing the tapioca while transferring; expanding and molding the tapioca; cutting the tapioca into a slice shape; drying the tapioca slices using drying device(300); crushing the dried tapioca slices into powder using a crusher(400); and storing the obtained tapioca powder.
