    • PURPOSE: A spindle mounted structure of vehicle is provided to improve ride comfort by improving the mounting rigidity and durability of a spindle. CONSTITUTION: A spindle mounted structure of vehicle comprises a spindle mounting plate(12), an upper part reinforcing member(14), a spindle(3) and a back plate(1). The forming part inward projecting to a car body is formed on the spindle mounting plate. One end of the upper part reinforcing member is connected to the spindle mounting plate. The perpendicular forming part, which faces toward the spindle is formed on the upper part reinforcing member. The upper part reinforcing member comprises a first horizontal part, a vertical part and a second horizontal part.

    • A damping force variable apparatus in a rear suspension system is provided to improve the driving stability and the ride comfort of the passenger by forming a controller for controlling a current controller. A damping force variable apparatus in a rear suspension system comprises a permanent magnet(2) fixed on a trailing arm(1), an electromagnet(3), an input part(4), a current controller(6), and a controller(7). The electromagnet wraps the permanent magnet to prevent interference with the permanent magnet when the trailing arm is vertically moved. The input part detects the position of the trailing arm and information on acceleration for the vertical movement and velocity of the vehicle through plural sensors. The current controller electrically connected to the electromagnet and a power supply part(5) determines the strength of current and the polarity supplied to the electromagnet. The controller controls the operation of the current controller on the basis of the information of input part.
