    • A piezoelectric driven MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System) device is provided to constantly maintain a distance between an action end and fixed electrode, regardless of dimension of residual strain. Second to fourth actuators(2,3,4) are provided in parallel with a first actuator(1), and have the same length as that of the first actuator. A first end(11) of the first actuator is fixed to a substrate(6) by an anchor. A second end(12) of the first actuator is connected to a first end(21) of the second actuator by a first connection portion(81). A movable electrode is provided on a second end(22) of the second actuator. A first end(31) of the third actuator is fixed to the substrate by an anchor. A second end(32) of the third actuator is connected to a first end(41) of the fourth actuator(4) by a second connection portion(82). A movable electrode is provided on a second end(42) of the fourth actuator. The end of the second actuator is connected to the end of the fourth actuator by a third connection portion.
