    • A thin-film piezoelectric resonator, a filter, and a voltage-controlled oscillator are provided to reduce a variation in a capacitance value of an excitation part by improving crystallinity of the excitation part arranged on a cavity or an acoustic reflection layer. A substrate(2) includes a first cavity(21,22,24,26,27) and a second cavity(23,25). The first and second cavities are separated from each other. A first excitation part(71,72,74,76,77) is arranged on the first cavity. A second excitation part(73,75) is arranged on the second cavity. The first excitation part includes a first electrode, a first piezoelectric material, and a second electrode. An overlapping region among the first electrode, the first piezoelectric material, and the second electrode defines a peripheral contour of the first excitation part. A first distance is defined as a distance from an end of the first excitation part to an opening end of the first cavity. The second excitation part includes a third electrode, a second piezoelectric material, and a fourth electrode. An overlapping region among the third electrode, the second piezoelectric material, and the fourth electrode defines a peripheral contour of the second excitation part. A second distance is defined as a distance from an end of the second excitation part to an opening end of the second cavity. The second distance is different from the first distance.

    • An actuator and an electronic device using the same are provided to increase maximum capacitance and to reduce a rapid change of capacitance around the maximum capacitance by reducing an influence due a bending effect of a beam. An actuator includes a substrate(101), a first lower electrode, a first upper electrode, a first piezoelectric layer, a first beam(110), a first fixing unit, a second lower electrode, a second upper electrode, a second piezoelectric layer, a second beam(210), a first connector(131), and a first fixing electrode. The first piezoelectric layer is installed between the first lower electrode and the upper electrode. The first beam is extended from a first fixing terminal to a first connective terminal. The first fixing unit connects the first fixing terminal with the substrate and supports the first beam. The second piezoelectric layer is installed between the second lower electrode and the second upper electrode. The second beam is extended from a second connective terminal to a first operating terminal. The second beam is installed in parallel to the first beam. The second beam has a first division part which is divided by a first slit extended from the first operating terminal to a second operating terminal. The first connector connects the first connective terminal with the second connective terminal and maintain the second beam. The first fixing electrode is installed opposite to a part of the first operating terminal at a main surface of the substrate.

    • A piezoelectric driven MEMS device is provided to control a displacement quantity of a piezoelectric drive with high reproducibility and high precision. A piezoelectric driven MEMS device includes a first actuator(11), a second actuator(21), and an electrical circuit element. The first actuator(11) includes a lower electrode(13), a piezoelectric film(14), an intermediate electrode(15), a piezoelectric film(16), and an upper electrode(17). The first actuator(11) is a piezoelectric driven actuator having the bimorph structure. An action part(12) is connected to a second part of the first actuator(11). The second actuator(21) is formed with the same stacked structure as the first actuator(11), under the same fabrication condition as the first actuator(11), or concurrently with the first actuator(11). A first end of the first actuator(11) is a fixed end, and is fixed to a substrate through an anchor(28). The second actuator(21) includes a lower electrode(23), a piezoelectric film(24), an intermediate electrode(25), a piezoelectric film(26), and an upper electrode(27).
