摘要： An input system includes an input shaft portion (8), including a first input shaft (9) and a second input shaft (10), which is rotatably fitted on an outer circumferential surface of the first input shaft; bearings (17a,17b), rotatably supporting the input shaft portion; and clutches (12,13), provided at the first and second input shafts, respectively, for transmitting rotational power of an engine (70) to the first or second input shafts. An output system (30) includes a first output shaft (40) and a second output shaft (41), a plurality of driven gearwheels (3-7), which mesh with drive gearwheels of the first and second input shafts, and synchromesh mechanisms (50-53). An oil reservoir (67) is provided below the second output shaft for reserving lubricating oil in such an amount that driven gearwheels for low gears which are disposed on the second output shaft are submerged therein. Drive gearwheels for low gears are disposed adjacent to the bearings, respectively. Tooth width dimensions of the drive gearwheels for the low gears are larger than tooth width dimensions of the driven gearwheels for the low gears. Exposed tooth width portions of the drive gearwheels constitute oil splashing portions which splash lubricating oil splashed by the driven gearwheels on to the bearings, respectively.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for adapting the clutch characteristics in a twin-clutch system (PSG) which comprises in a first train a first clutch (A) and a first partial transmission (iA) mounted downstream thereof, and in a second train a second clutch (B) and a partial transmission (iB) mounted downstream thereof. The first and the second train can be linked on the input side with a driving engine (M) and on the output side with the wheels of a vehicle. The first clutch (A) is actuated by a first clutch actuating mechanism (KA) and the second clutch (B) is actuated by a second clutch actuating mechanism (KB). A zero adjustment of the hodometry of the first and/or second clutch actuating mechanism (KA; KB) is carried out according to a predetermined strategy subject to predetermined criteria.

摘要： A method for controlling an automated step-by-step variable transmission which has a plurality of gear stages which set up a different transmission ratio in each case. The method comprises the steps: a) detecting whether a gear stage is to be engaged, b) detecting an input actual variable which is substantially proportional to an input rotational speed of the step-by-step variable transmission, and an output actual variable which is substantially proportional to an output rotational speed of the transmission, c) checking as to whether a difference between a ratio of the input and the output actual variables and the transmission ratio which would be set up by the gear stage is smaller for a predefined timespan than a predefined tolerance range, and d) determining a fault state if the difference does not lie within the tolerance range for the predefined timespan.
