    • PURPOSE:To reduce creation of abnormal gear noise at the low speed range of an engine, by a method wherein oil pressure, fed by a hydraulic pump driven by the engine, is converted into a pulse state to apply it to the hydraulic cylinder of a hydraulic clutch. CONSTITUTION:Oil pressure, fed from an oil pan 6 by a hydraulic pump 1 driven by a main engine, is regulated into constant pressure by a pressure regulating valve 2 mounted in an oil pressure feed passage 7. Thereafter, the oil pressure is applied in a pulse state to the hydraulic cylinder 4 of a hydraulic clutch through operation of a servo valve 3 provided in the oil pressure feed passage 7 to control the biasing force of the hydraulic clutch. The servo valve 3 is controlled by means of an electric signal 5, and in which case, the number N of revolutions of an output shaft may be controlled through variation of a frequency (f) and a duty ratio T1/T0 of the electric signal 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving device which suppresses generation of heat energy by limiting the workload of a friction clutch when a vehicle starts, thereby improves the durability of the friction clutch than before.SOLUTION: The vehicle driving device 1 includes an engine 2; a friction clutch 6 having a driving member 61, a follower member 62, and an actuator 63; and a control part 7 which sets a target value for the output revolution of the engine 2 and controls the engine 2 to match its actual output revolution to the target value for the output revolution, and controls the actuator 63 of the friction clutch 6. The vehicle driving device further includes a clutch temperature detecting means (air intake temperature sensor 5) which measures or estimates the temperature of the friction clutch 6. The control part 7 has a vehicle-start control means 71 which sets a target value for the output revolution, based on an acceleration pedal operation amount and the temperature of the friction clutch 6 at the start of the vehicle.
