    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve simplifying of a piping system as well as a system as a whole, downsizing and reducing of manufacturing and maintainance cost by reducing the number of parts structuring a fuel cell system. SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 15 having a fuel cell stack 19 provided with a fuel electrode 17 and an air electrode 18 pinching an electrolyte membrane 16, is equipped with a fuel tank 39 to store fuel to be supplied to the fuel electrode 17, a heat exchanger 27 maintaining the fuel supplied from the fuel tank 39 to the fuel electrode 17 in an appropriate temperature, a condenser 28 to condense air exhausted from the air electrode 18 side, and a condensed water tank 38 to store condensed water exhausted from the condenser 28.     • PURPOSE:To make fuel carburetion performable so well even at the time of starting an engine in a cold state, by installing an ultrasonic generator so as to atomize fuel to be sprayed out of a fuel injection pipe, while setting up an electric heater in the upper position. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection pipe 3, where a lot of fuel injection nozzles 3a are installed in the lower surface, is set up in the upper part of a box body 1 to be closed by an inversed funnel-shaped top cover 2 having an air guide cylinder 2a at the top in the horizontal direction. And, a heat exchanger 7 is installed at a position just below the fuel injection pipe 3 in parallel with the injection pipe 3, and the engine cooling water to be fed via a distributor collecting pipe 8 is circulated therein. In addition, an ultrasonic generator 9 is tightly attached to a rear side part of the bottom of the box body 1, and an electric heater 10 is set up at a spot just below the generator. And, at the time of engine starting, the ultrasonic generator 9 and the electric heater 10 are energized with a continuous rating current, making them atomize fuel, while after a rise in cooling water temperature, current-energization to the ultrasonic generator 9 and the electric heater 10 is controlled so as to be stopped.
