摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger in which an ion is not dissolved in a pure water in an aluminum radiator for cooling a circulating water used for a fuel battery system. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the heat exchanger comprises the steps of assembling the heat exchanger by using components made of an aluminum, inserting the exchanger assembled without using a flux into a high- temperature vacuum furnace, and vacuum brazing the exchanger. The method further comprises the steps of then cleaning the liquid distributing side surface of the brazed exchanger with the pure water, then substrate-treating or Boehmite-treating the exchanger, and then resin-coating its surface. SOLUTION: The inner surface coating method includes a process for letting the molten coating material flow through the respective tubes 1 of the heat exchanger core 4 to bond the same to the inner surfaces of the tubes 1 and a process for arranging the respective tubes 1 in a drying furnace so as to turn them in a gravitational direction and drying the interiors of the tubes 1 while letting drying air 6 flow through the tubes 1 from the lower end openings of the tubes 1 toward the upper ends thereof.
