    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for simultaneously heating or cooling a first fluid and a second fluid by a third fluid, in which even if the heat exchange quantity of the first fluid is unbalanced with the heat exchange quantity of the second fluid, either one of them is never overcooled or overheated.
      SOLUTION: A plurality of first tubes 2 constituting a first core 3 and a plurality of second tubes 5 constituting a second core 6 are arranged juxtapositionally, and a casing 8 is put on the circumference of them. The third fluid 7 goes through from one end of the casing 8 to the other end, and the first fluid 1 and the second fluid 4 are passed within each first tube 2 and within each second tube 5, respectively. These fluids are passed in the same direction, and the third fluid 7 is simultaneously passed in the circumferences of the first tube 2 and the second tube 5, and mutually stirred and mixed in the middle. Therefore, one fluid is never overcooled or overheated.
