    • PURPOSE:To stably record information and to improve the durability of a magnetic disk by providing a specific groove part on the magnetic disk. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core 7 of one magnetic head 2 or 3 is made to face a groove 11 of the other magnetic heads 3 or 2, and the magnetic core is brought into contact with a magnetic disk 1 by means of suitable press- contacting force by using the flexibility of the magnetic disk 1. Further on each second foot parts 12 of the first or second magnetic head 2 or 3 arranged on external or internal peripheral side of the magnetic disk 1, a negative pressure generating groove 13, which is made deeper from the upstream side in the rotation direction of the magnetic disk 1 toward the downstream side, is formed, when the disk 1 is rotated at high speed, the negative pressure is generated by the fluid force between the negative pressure generating groove 13 and the disk 1, and force to attract the disk 1 is operated. Consequently the vibration of the disk 1 generated by the high-speed rotation is absorbed, the magnetic heads 2 and 3 come in contact with the disk 1 at constant surface pressure, stable recording/reproducing is attained, and further the durability of the disk 1 is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To stablize the recording and reproducing of information with a magnetic head integrated in a negative pressure slider by causing the inclination of the negative pressure slider to be larger in an outer peripheral side rather than the inner peripheral side of a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A negative pressure slider 3 is fit through a conversion supporting stand 4 to a mobile stand 5 so as to be brought into contact with a disk 1. This conversion supporting stand 4 is inclined in advance and can be moved in the radius direction of the disk 1 by the mobile stand 5 which loads this stand 4. On the other hand, a sliding board 8 is provided on the flowout edge side of the disk 1 in the mobile stand 5 and slided with a press guiding rod 7 which is inclined so as to be high when it is moved in the inner peripheral side of the disk 1. Accordingly, when the mobile stand 5 is moved from the outer peripheral side of the disk 1 to the inner peripheral side, as the stand is moved, the inclination of the mobile stand 5 is changed and the inclination of the loaded negative pressure slider 3 is also changed. Thus, the contact between the negative pressure slider and disk is made stable and the recording and reproducing of the information by the magnetic head, which is integrated in the negative pressure slider, can be stablized.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a flexible disk device including an air source by using a pressure tank. CONSTITUTION:A pressure tank 33 and a vacuum tank 34 are used to attain the miniaturization of three pumps 23-25. The pressure level of the tank 33 drops when an opening action is repeated, while the pressure level of the tank 34 increases. When the pressure of the tank 33 is lowered less than a set level, a pressure switch 26 works again to start a nozzle pressure pump 23. The actuation of the switch 26 is stopped at the upper limit of a range of the set pressure. While a vacuum pump 25 starts when the pressure of the tank 34 exceeds the upper limit of a range of the set pressure.
