    • PURPOSE:To prevent an objective lens from moving in directions other than specified as an AF direction (focusing direction) and a TR (tracking) direction by supporting the lens holder for the objective lens by elastic support materials which are arranged symmetrically about a support axis of turning. CONSTITUTION:The elastic members 5a and 5b, and 6a - 6d which have the same deflection characteristics are arranged symmetrically to support the lens holder 2, so the AF-directional components of spring forces of the respective elastic members 5a and 5b balance with an AF-directional driving force and the components perpendicular to the AF direction balance between the elastic members 5a and 5b which are arranged symmetrically to cancel each other. Further, when the lens holder is rotated in the TR direction, the elastic members 6a - 6d deflect symmetrically about the point of the support axis and the bending moment of the elastic members 6a - 6d balance with the TR-directional driving torque, so none of forces except in the AF and TR directions operates on the lens holder. Consequently, the objective lens 1 is prevented from moving except in the specific directions such as the AF direction and TR direction.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a stably high-quality color image by a method wherein rollers which restrict or inhibit the movement of recording paper other than the movement in a feed direction and have surfaces applied with a special treatment are disposed on the upstream and downstream sides of a platen roller in the recording paper feed direction. CONSTITUTION:Recording paper 7 is pressed against a feed roller 24 by a pressure roller 25, thereby coming into contact with a large number of projected parts of the feed roller 24 to generate a frictional force. In this manner, the forming of a large number of contact parts discontinuous to the surface of the recording paper 7 ensures that the motion of the roller 24 is transmitted to the recording paper 7 without slipping. This contact state between the roller 24 and the paper 7 is similarly established at a contact part of a discharge roller 27 and the paper 7. If a density to be printed is varied in the width direction of the paper 7, the difference in a release force acting to the paper 7 causes the paper 7 to move in the width direction when an ink sheet 6 is peeled from the paper 7, thus resulting in a color deviation. In this case, however, the paper 7 never moves in the width direction because the recording paper 7 is clamped by the rollers 24 and 27 so as not to slip.
