    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce fresh air from a ventilation blower by dispersing the fresh outside air to the whole of a fresh outside air intake surface of a total enthalpy heat exchanger, even if a distance between a fresh outside air blowout port of the ventilation blower and the total enthalpy heat exchanger is shortened.
      SOLUTION: An air conditioner 1 is provided with a refrigerating cycle device provided with a compressor 2, an outdoor heat exchanger 6, an outdoor blower 4, an indoor heat exchanger 7 and an indoor blower 5, the ventilation blower 8 for taking in fresh outside air, and the total enthalpy heat exchanger 9 for exchanging heat between fresh outside air from the ventilation blower 8 and exhaust air from the inside of a vehicle. The total enthalpy heat exchanger 9 is arranged so that the longitudinal direction may be opposed to the fresh outside air blowout port of the ventilation blower 8. This air conditioner 1 is provided with a duct 10 for linking the fresh outside air blowout port of the ventilation blower 8 and the fresh outside air intake surface of the longitudinal direction of the total enthalpy heat exchanger 9 opposed to the fresh outside air blowout port, and a punching plate 11 provided in the duct 10 to introduce fresh outside air from the ventilation blower 8 by dispersing the fresh outside air to the fresh outside air intake surface of the total enthalpy heat exchanger 9.

      SOLUTION: An air-tight floor 13 is disposed on a plurality of cross beams 12 of a vehicle body. A compartment floor 15 is mounted on the air-tight floor 13 through the medium of floor receivers 14A, 14B. The cross beams 12 hang an underfloor unit 31. The vibration of the underfloor unit 31 vibrates the cross beams 12, which causes the vibration of the compartment floor 15 through the medium of the air-tight floor 13 and floor receivers 14A, 14B. The floor receiver 14B is intermittently coupled to the cross beams 12 in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body 10. A notch is provided between the lower end of the floor receiver 14B and the air-tight floor 13 so that the air-tight floor 13 is insulated from the floor receiver 14B. By so doing, the vibration of the underfloor unit 31 is prevented from being transmitted to the cross beams 12, floor receiver 14B and compartment floor. As a result, noise in the compartment can be reduced.
