    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel joint structure of a railroad vehicle which prevents scattering of cutting chips caused, when a screw hole is formed to an inner panel (ceiling panel) and a bone member (ceiling bone), between an outer board (roof outer board) and the bone member.SOLUTION: In the panel joint structure PN, the ceiling panel 41 is joined to the ceiling bone 31 which supports the roof outer board 21 from the vehicle inside by a machine screw 60 from the vehicle inside. The panel joint structure PN includes a fixed member 50 fixed to a face in a horizontal part 31a of the ceiling bone 31 at the opposite side of the inner panel 41. The fixed member 50 is so formed as to contain an end 60a of the machine screw 60 protruded to the vehicle outside from the horizontal part 31a of the ceiling bone 31 and a circumferential wall 50a. Since the fixed member 50 is fixed in advance, cutting chips CH caused when the screw hole 62 is formed in the ceiling panel 41 and ceiling bone 31 are enclosed inside the fixed member 50.
