    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that phenol resin powder is apt to accumulate on the downside as a dewatering time becomes long because an overwhelming proportion of an aqueous mixture slurry, which is a raw material for a papermaking sheet, is water, that it is difficult to homogenize concentrations of respective constituents in one papermaking sheet, that the phenol resin is apt to be omitted, and further that it is difficult to keep the quality of a lot of mass-produced papermaking sheets constant.SOLUTION: An apparatus for papermaking comprises: stirring vessels 1, 2 for mixing phenol resin powder and aramid fibers having a fiber diameter of 2-20 μm; a mobile paper making machine 20 capable of up and down dewatering; a first pipe 5 having a positive displacement pump P; a second pipe for adding a fixer composed of a cationic surfactant, a tubular stirrer 10 having a helical rotor inside receiving helical movement from an aqueous mixture slurry, and a papermaking machine 20 which is movable between an upward dewatering position and a downward dewatering position.
