    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a muffler on a mounting bracket, effectively use an upper space of the muffler and support the muffler for a fixed period of time even if a strap fractures.
      SOLUTION: This structure is provided with the muffler 10 fixing a plurality of mounting members 11 on both side surfaces at same height in a longitudinal direction, a pair of the mounting brackets 50 fixed on a side part of the vehicle frame with keeping an interval corresponding to a width direction interval of the mounting member of the muffler on a side part of a vehicle frame, a pair of hanger member 20 fixed on a pair of the mounting brackets respectively, and a strap 30 laid out from one side surface of the muffler 10 and over another side surface via a bottom surface. The strap 30 arranged from one side surface of the muffler 10 to another side surface via a bottom surface is fixed on a hanger member 20 by a bolt and a nut, and the muffler 10 is fixed on a side part of a vehicle frame 40 by fixing the hanger member 20 on the mounting member 11 by a bolt and a nut.
