摘要： Provided is a power transmission control device applied to an hybrid vehicle with manual transmission (HV-MT), capable of providing an appropriate shift feeling in various conditions. The power transmission control device is applied to a hybrid-vehicle provided with an internal combustion engine (E/G) and a motor (M/G) as power sources, and includes a manual transmission (M/T) and a friction clutch (C/T). An output shaft of the motor is connected to an input shaft of the manual transmission. Based on determination that the friction clutch is in a disengaged state and a driver is carrying out a gear shift operation, a torque (MG torque) of the motor for rotationally driving the input shaft of the manual transmission is adjusted. As a result, during the gear change operation, particularly, during a synchronization action, in order to rotationally drive the input shaft of the manual transmission, the MG torque of an arbitrary magnitude can be provided for the input shaft thereof. Thus, based on various conditions, a "shift impulse" during the synchronization action can be actively adjusted.

摘要： An apparatus and method for performing a kiss point determining algorithm which is responsive to the approach rate of the release bearing (33) for a clutch (12) for performing the algorithm only under reliable operating conditions. The apparatus includes an electronic controller (20) which sets an approach rate for engaging the clutch (12) in response to the amount of depression of the accelerator pedal (24) of the vehicle by the operator. The amount of engine torque or other engine operating condition is measured and compared against a predetermined magnitude which is indicative of the onset of engagement of the clutch (12). When an increase of a predetermined magnitude is detected the accelerator pedal position (24) is compared against a predetermined value. If the accelerator pedal is depressed more than the predetermined value, the kiss point is re-defined as the current location of the release bearing (33). If the accelerator pedal is not depressed more than the predetermined value, the kiss point is not re-defined.

摘要： An apparatus and method for controlling the operation of a clutch (12) in a partially or fully automated mechanical transmission (13) which is responsive to the actual load on the vehicle engine (11) for varying the engagement rate of release bearing (33) during re-engagement of the clutch (12). The apparatus includes an electronic controller (20) which initially sets a desired speed for the vehicle engine (11) during the shifting process, determines a rate of engagement movement of a release bearing (33) of the clutch (12), and actuates appropriate valves (41, 44) to initiate the gradual engagement of the clutch (12). The electronic controller (20) sets a first lower engine speed threshold and a second lower engine speed threshold. The magnitude of the first lower engine speed threshold varies with the actual load on the engine (11) or with both the actual load on the engine (11) and the amount of depression of an accelerator pedal of the vehicle.
