摘要： A control apparatus of an automated manual transmission has an input shaft provided with a plurality of drive gears, an output shaft provided with a plurality of driven gears engaged with the drive gears, and actuators (61-64) for switching a transmission gear train to transmit the power from the input shaft to the output shaft. A hydraulic pressure system (70) is provided with a control valve (VA1-VA6) for regulating hydraulic pressure supplied to actuators (61-64), and an accumulator (69) for saving working fluid and storing pressure energy. An electronic control unit (67) determines that there occurs a trouble in the hydraulic pressure system (70) when a rising rate of hydraulic pressure is lower than a predetermined value. Then, the electronic control unit (67) switches a transmission gear train to the lowest speed gear range within a scope of no over-revolution of the engine through using pressure energy stored in the accumulator. Thereby, even when there occurs a malfunction in the hydraulic pressure system (70), a minimum drive ability can be ensured with a simple structure.

摘要： A system for controlling an automatic transmission (12) mounted on a vehicle, including an automatic mode in which gear is retrieved from a predetermined gearshift characteristics by the detected vehicle speed (VSP) and the engine load (THHF) and an manual mode in which gear is designated by a device manually operated by a vehicle driver. In the system, a temperature (TEX) in an exhaust pipe (38) of the vehicle is estimated based on the detecting operating conditions and the gear designated in the manual mode is corrected to upshift by one gear, if the estimated exhaust pipe temperature (TEX) is found to exceed a predetermined temperature, thereby improving avoidance of the occurrence of excessive thermal load of components in the vicinity of the exhaust pipe (38), and that, by not conducting forced upshift until such time, fully exploits the features of the manual mode and, by this, makes the product more appealing to customers.

Um die Fahrsicherheit bei Fahrzeugen mit Automatikgetrieben, die mit einem Geschwindigkeits-Begrenzersystem gekoppelt sind, zu erhöhen, wird im Zeitpunkt der Abschaltung der vorgegebenen Höchstgeschwindigkeit eine mit der vorgegebenen Höchstgeschwindigkeit korrelierende Gaspedal-Ersatzgröße Gas Ers mit einer Ist-Gaspedalstellung Gas ist verglichen, wobei für den Fall, daß im Zeitpunkt der Abschaltung der Höchstgeschwindigkeit die Ist-Gaspedalstellung Gas ist größer ist als die Gaspedal-Ersatzgröße Gas Ers , als untere Gangbegrenzung eine definierte Mindest-Gangstufe Gang min im Getriebe vorgegeben wird.

To prevent thermal damage to the upshift brake, a predicted brake temperature (TEMP P ) at completion of an aided upshift is determined and compared to an allowable maximum (TEMP MAX ). If predicted brake temperature exceeds the maximum (TEMP P > TEMP MAX ) using the upshift brake for the upshift is prohibited.
