    • The objective of the present invention is to provide a clutch disengagement control mechanism that is for a mechanical automatic transmission and that can perform clutch disengagement control at an optimal timing during both ordinary driving and low-speed driving at the verge of stopping. To this end, the present invention is provided with a vehicle speed measurement device (3 and 6, or 4), a brake-operation-speed measurement device (8), a clutch operation device (9), and a control device (10). The control device (10) has: a function for generating a control signal that disengages the clutch from the clutch operation device (9) when the brake operation speed is at least a second threshold (B) in the case that the vehicle speed (X) is at least a first threshold (A); and a function for generating a control signal that disengages the clutch from the clutch operation device (9) when the brake operation speed is at least a third threshold (C) in the case that the vehicle speed (X) is less than the first threshold (A).

    • New system "PROTECTION OF THE ENGINE AND OF THE MANUAL GEARBOX" consists of: 1 basis, 6 springs with 6 metal feelers incorporating to 6 small vertical protrusions in a ratio of 1:1. 4 metal bases within which slides the 6 feelers while are nesting the 6 springs. 6 electric/magnetic valves with 6 springs and 6 bolts, in a ratio 1:1. The new invention will forbid the driver one or both of the following:
      1) To try to add any gearbox ratio without having push the clutch properly.
      2) To downshift when his action is prone to cause a mechanical rise of the engine rpm quite higher (that limit can be set according to our will) than the limit of the electrical rpm stopper as defined by the manufacturer.
      This can be achieved with the help of the 6 electric/magnetic valves which block the backward movement of the 6 feelers as they have been inserted behind of the back side of the 6 small vertical protrusions.
      The obvious advantage of the new invention is the avoiding of a huge damage either in engine or in manual gearbox or both.
