    • The present invention relates to a vehicle body height multi-control apparatus for an air suspension system, wherein an air spring is interposed between a vehicle body and a suspension arm to control the vehicle body height by the injection and discharge of compressed air. The vehicle body height control apparatus comprises: a mechanical leveling valve which rotates in the forward and reverse directions and the upward and downward directions, or in the left and right directions, so as to control the injection and discharge of the compressed air; a valve driver which drives the leveling valve in the direction of the injection and discharge of the compressed air; and a controller which controls the operation of the valve driver. Thus, an inexpensive vehicle body height multi-control apparatus for an air suspension system, which has a simple structure to enable a user to freely control the vehicle body height as needed, is provided.

    • An integral one-piece end plate and bracket combination (5) is formed of a high strength plastic and is mounted in an airtight sealing engagement with an open end of a flexible elastomeric sleeve (6) which forms the fluid pressure chamber of an air spring (1). The end plate (13) includes as semi-circular wall (18) which extends perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the air spring and a semi-circular opening (19). The bracket includes an upstanding wall (23) perpendicular to the semi-circular wall of the end plate and a half dome-shaped wall (26), which together with the upstanding wall, forms an auxiliary fluid chamber (27) which is in fluid communication through the semi-circular opening with the main fluid chamber of the flexible sleeve. The upstanding wall includes attachments (31) for securing the bracket and end plate to a support structure which aligns with a longitudinal axis of the air spring. A fluid inlet conduit (38) extends outwardly from the upstanding bracket wall to provide fluid communication between the auxiliary fluid chamber of the bracket and an external source of pressurized fluid. A plurality of reinforcing ribs (29, 30) are formed on the walls of the bracket and the end plate to provide a rigid structure.
