    • A telescopic stem device for frame elements of a vehicle seat, comprising an inner first tubular stem section (32) and an outer second tubular stem section (34) arranged coaxially outside the inner first stem section (32), forming a clearance between them.     • A vehicle chair (10) has a seat cushion frame (20) that is united by a forward pivot joint (A) with a forward support (30) and united by a rear pivot joint (B) with a backrest frame (40).
