摘要： Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. A technique includes determining a fabric's response to a laser, capturing an initial image of a wear pattern on a garment, and processing the initial image to obtain a working image in grayscale. The working image is further processed to obtain a difference image by comparing each pixel relative to a dark reference. The difference image is converted to a laser values image by using the previously determined fabric response to the laser.

摘要： A method is provided of generating a pattern image used to form a pattern on a surface of a fabric using laser irradiation. A plurality of parameters associated with laser irradiation units are input into a user interface. The parameters include an area parameter, a laser irradiation unit density parameter, optionally a discontinuity parameter, and a dye removal parameter. A plurality of laser irradiation units arranged in a pattern area of a user interface based on computer processing of the inputted plurality of parameters is received for viewing at the user interface. The laser irradiation units collectively establish the pattern image for viewing by the user.

摘要： Compositions, methods, apparatuses, kits, and combinations are described for permanently or temporarily re-designing, decorating, and/or re-coloring a surface. The compositions useful in the present disclosure include a décor product formulated to be applied and affixed to a surface. If desired, the décor product may be substantially removed from the surface before being affixed thereto. If a user desires to remove the décor product, the décor product may be removed by, for example, vacuuming, wet extraction, chemical application, and the like. If the user desires to affix the décor product to the surface in a permanent or semi-permanent manner, the décor product may be affixed by applying energy thereto in the form of, for example, heat, pressure, emitted waves, an emitted electrical field, a magnetic field, and/or a chemical. The décor product may also be part of a kit or in conjunction with a design device, such as a stencil, to control the application of the décor product to a surface.

摘要： A process is described wherein pile yarn is woven with cotton weft and warp yarns to produce terry fabrics, such as towels. The fabric is then washed in warm water to dissolve the PVA fibers. The amount of fibers dissolved, depends upon the count of the yarn or yarns used. By dissolving the PVA fibers, a hollow air space is produced throughout the pile yarn, corresponding to an increase in the air space in the pile yarn. By increasing the air space in the pile yarn, the resulting towels are softer and bulkier than standard cotton towels. The present invention further relates to pile yarn in terry woven fabric (warp yarn), or weft yarn, in the case of flat fabrics.

(320 F.), sixth step of pasting a burn out gel on the stencil, and seventh step of removing the left of burn out from the clothes. This technology can be other artificial fabrics. And all these procedure is done by just stencil and press.

摘要： A composite elastic yarn includes a polyolefin-based elastic fiber and a polyolefin-based inelastic fiber. A cross-linked polyolefin-based elastic fiber, for example, is employed as the polyolefin-based elastic fiber, and a high molecular-weight polyethylene fiber having a weight average molecular weight of at least 10×105, for example, is employed as the polyolefin-based inelastic fiber. Such a composite elastic yarn is suitable for use as a glove material. The yarn may be used to produce a stretchable fabric with a watermark-like pattern including a cross-linked polyeolefin-based elastic fiber and an inelastic fiber, and having a watermark-like pattern produced by complete or incomplete removal of the inelastic fiber with partial burn-out printing.

The napped fabrics are of high quality, having good hand and excellent color developing property without unnatural luster such as dark fading or white appearance and being difficult to soil, and are hence markedly suited for car seat cover.
